Tee Time Manager


Overview
Following the development of the Member App, we identified the need for a robust back-office solution that would seamlessly connect with the member experience. The Tee Time Management Module was designed to help country club staff efficiently manage tee sheets, reservation rules, and course availability while integrating directly with the member app.
Our goal was to modernize how private clubs handle tee times—offering powerful tools for staff and a frictionless experience for members.

Problem
Most tee sheet systems used by private clubs were outdated and rigid, built for public courses rather than private operations. Staff had little flexibility to enforce club-specific rules or manage communication effectively.
